CEO & Founder
Markus Bosse
Markus our CEO & Founder is a Lean Expert and serial entrepreneur with a successful track record in building and scaling businesses across various sectors and countries. While living over a decade in Asia, he specialized in particular on the shoe, jewelry and textile industry, gaining extensive knowledge of global market and industry processes. He now leverages this experience to provide smart lean solutions to well known industry players, to help them reducing resource waste and implementing efficient work flows on the ground. In addition to his professional pursuits, Markus is a proud father of two sons and a dog owner. He enjoys spending his free time sailing the Baltic Sea.
Innovation Manager
Philip Daraei
Philip is our Innovation Manager with a deep passion for developing the future of digitization and smart processes. His practical work experience in the food industry has given him extensive knowledge of industrial workflows, making him a genius when comes to combining smart solutions with real-world applications. As a creative problem solver, Philip consistently thinks outside the box to find innovative solutions for complex challenges. Through his extensive expertise in tech and development, Philip is always driven to stay future-oriented on new developments. In his free time, he enjoys traveling to new destinations or working on creative projects such as individualized 3D prints.
Product Development Manager
Feiko Bronsveld
Feiko is our Product Development Expert. Originally from the Netherlands, he is bringing the Dutch way of life to our Hamburg office. As a programming and network genius with expertise in full-stack development and designing and deploying large networks, he is the go-to person at sample.flow® to assure a smooth implementation. As a life-long learner, Feiko enjoys staying updated with the latest technological developments, especially in new programming languages, innovative trends, and AI tools. In his free time, Feiko is passionate about gaming, learning new languages, and exploring Hamburg.

Clara Soltau
Clara is our Product Manager. As an expert from the textile industry with international experience she transitioned from physical to digital product management. Enthusiastic about transparency and digital transformation in fashion supply chains, she has worked and lived in Germany, China, Brazil, Pakistan, and Bangladesh, combining her passions for the textile industry and intercultural collaborations. With her in-depth insights of the buying and sourcing perspective, Clara is driven to contribute to a sustainable transformation within the global apparel industry. In her free time, Clara is a marathon runner and yoga enthusiast who values staying active and healthy.
Office Manager
Britta Bosse
Britta is our Office Management Expert, who ensures the smooth running of the daily operations. Her clear overview of office and team structures allows for an organized and efficient work environment. Britta has a natural ability to make every team member feel at home, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere at the workplace. In addition to her people skills, Britta has a talent for creating easily understandable processes and structures within the company management systems. In her free time, Britta channels her creativity by creating beautiful pottery. Britta also volunteers with the german red cross as part of the crisis intervention team.

Meet Elsa, the office's resident pup! She may be small, but she sure knows how to have a good time with our smart scanners. When she's not busy being a scanner transport expert, Elsa brings a sense of serenity to the workplace, putting a smile on everyone's face. Need a quick break from the computer screen? Elsa is always up for a refreshing walk, and who knows, you might just come back feeling inspired and ready to take on the day!
