    Sample.flow® can be implemented in your business within 3-4 days during our flow.sprint workshop. We will prepare this with your team over a period of 6 weeks and will be giving unlimited guidance 4 weeks after and before we start with our regular ticket system. This flow.sprint workshop is designed to review and optimize your existing sampling workflows to make it more efficient and result-oriented. By using RFID scanners and our cloud-based software, we provide you with a leaner and more transparent workflow system that is easy to track and manage.
  • How much does it cost?
    Sample.flow® is a SaaS Solution and available through a monthly subscription model, with the exact cost depending on the size of your business and the complexity of your workflow structure. To get started with sample.flow®, there are two pricing blocks. The first block includes a fixed price fee for the system setup and process analysis. This is a one-time payment that covers an in-depth consulting period to analyze your business workflows and apply tools to restructure them based on lean concepts. The second price block consists of the monthly subscription fee, which covers ongoing access to the system, license fees, hardware rental and support. The cost of this subscription will vary depending on your business needs and usage requirements. You can adjust the workflow scope and reduce or add additional scanners at any time during the contract time. We are happy to provide you with a personalized quote based on your specific needs.
  • Is there a lot training required to use sample.flow®?
    Sample.flow® is designed to be user-friendly and does not require any specific training. The use of RFID scanners is simple and only requires a swipe, eliminating the need for difficult data entry or manual bookings. Our software uses a visual Kanban board with a simple and easy-to-understand user interface. The smart usability, combined with a traffic light system, makes it visually easy for every user to understand if a process is blocked. During our flow.start workshop, we will show your team how to use the system effectively, and we will be available to answer any questions that arise even after the workshop.
